Role and focus
Andrew's role is to identify potentially recoverable value and the people or entities that appear to own or control it. Enquiries may follow funds into companies, property, investments, goods or digital assets.
Findings are organised as asset registers, ownership maps and source-referenced schedules. The work separates the existence of an asset from the separate legal questions of ownership, jurisdiction and enforceability.
Tracing is used to inform a decision, not to promise a result. Any freezing, disclosure or enforcement step is advised on and supervised by the legal team.
