Scope the questions
We agree what must be established, what is out of scope, and what must be preserved before anyone starts collecting.
An investigation should answer defined questions, preserve the underlying material and distinguish evidence from inference. Lawyers, investigators and forensic specialists work to a common scope so that the resulting record can support advice, reporting, litigation or prosecution if required.

The product is a record the solicitor can rely on: what is proved, what remains inference, and what legal routes that supports.
Technology used in suitable matters
On some investigations, where the volume of records makes manual review impractical, we use Cobra AI, an intelligence platform published by IYE Global. Output is reviewed by the people on the matter. It is a tool, not evidence, and it is not used on every file.
