Liam Brennan
Financial Crime Investigator
Investigator London Legal work supervised by a named solicitor
This profile describes the person's role and representative areas of work. A job title is not a reserved-activity authorisation. Confirm authorised individuals on the Regulatory information page and the public SRA record.
Role and focus
Liam's role is to establish what happened before a legal route is selected. He works from records, witnesses and lawful enquiries to identify participants, relationships, events and gaps in the available evidence.
The resulting material is organised so that sources can be checked and findings can be distinguished from inference. Where facts or records sit overseas, enquiries are coordinated with appropriately qualified local professionals when required.
Investigative findings are assessed by the solicitor responsible for the matter. Liam's role does not include providing reserved legal services.
